There are a number of things I will probably never know. For example, why cheese tastes so good when its really just curdled milk, and why cheese tastes better over tortilla chips than on bread are just two of the questions I’ve yet to find a satisfactory answer for, and probably never will. They say that the smartest of men are those who know how much they don’t know, but that doesn’t really hit the same spot as quenching the perpetual thirst of problem solving. It also doesn’t stop the frustration at the idea that we may never find out who would win in a fight between Maximo Blanco and Josh Thomson. After his loss to Pat Healy at the weekend, Maxi Blanco is reported to be signing with the UFC at featherweight and the world found out when his management, Sucker Punch Entertainment tweeted the news.
Speculate and gossip as much as you want on this move but I’m going think about how he matches up with the 145lb field in the UFC over some nachos.
