Just in case you missed it, the M-1 Challenge 24 recap

Friday night’s M-1 Challenge 24 brought an exciting highlight reel of submission and knockout victories.  Two champions were crowned and a otherwise submission finisher put on a wicked beatdown in rather quick fashion.

Alexander Sarnavskiy made quick work of Beau Baker in the first televised bout of the evening.  Sarnavskiy began the opening round dropping bombs on Baker, easily capturing the first round.  Round two saw the Russian take his opponents back and finish him with a rear naked choke, improving his record to 13 wins and 0 losses.  M-1 Global Director of Operations, Evgeni Kogan, stated on twitter that Sarnavskiy is certainly in the title contention after the impressive performance.
