While coaches throughout the world still subscribe to this theory and ask that their students respect the ‘no sex for two weeks before a fight’ rule, it makes absolutely no difference in the grand scheme of things. Luckily, Dan Henderson doesn’t have to worry about a coach telling him what to do.
