A couple of weeks ago, I was forced to sleep in a hotel room with a black belt that tapped out Shinya Aoki in Japan. I’m not sure what type of hi-jinks this guy was up to that night, but luckily I woke up with all of my appendages in tact (and untampered with). Chances are this mysterious black-belt who I shared a hotel room with can tap out Jose Aldo with ease, but for the sake of this article, let’s focus on the grappling skills of Ed Soares.
