Hey cool, we can watch June 18th’s Strikeforce prelims on HDNet!

This is very, very good. The June 18th card was stacked as it was with the heavyweight grand prix, Chadd Griggs/Overeem, Monson/Cormier and Gina Carano making her return, but it would be unforgivable to miss KJ Noons vs Jorge Masvidal for the right to take on Gilbert Melendez. That, and we get to see Gesias Cavalcante take on Justin Wilcox after a ridiculous layoff, and Conor Huen makes his way back to the Strikeforce cage.

Insane card is insane. This article is literally just a list of the fights and I didn’t even include Werdum/Overeem and Josh Barnett vs Brett Rogers above. Thankfully, our fears of not seeing some of these bouts have been cleansed by Mark Cuban personally; we will be able to watch every single match it in their entirety because HDNet is airing the prelims live! (Woo!) But this is just a one time deal, damn.

I think we can all start getting really hyped for the next leg of the HWGP right about now, and if you want to thank Mark Cuban for making this possible, cheer for the Mavs. No one wants to see the Heat win anyway.
