The greatest book you’ve never read but really should is The China Study. Dr. T. Colin Campbell conducted a thirty-year study on the biggest investigation in nutrition ever conducted in humanity and found that a whole-food, plant-based diet has the ability to not only prevent heat disease and cancer, but reverse it. That’s not all. After researching tens of thousands of people he found that meat, dairy products, and processed foods actually contributed to the onset of heart disease, diabetes, cancer — along with a long laundry list of bad things you never want to happen in your life. Furthermore, Campbell also discovered that while a person is in the presence of strong carcinogens and cancer-causing elements (cigarettes…etc), a whole-food, plant-based diet will actually render those carcinogens ineffective. You could literally smoke three packs a day while eating a whole-food, plant-based diet and never have to worry about lung or throat cancer. In short, being a whole-food vegan is the greatest thing one could ever do for their health.
Some of you are going to try to debate that fact, but it’s true. You know it is. Dr. T. Colin Campbell spent three decades scientifically proving this. You could either ignore this and grab your In and Out burger, or you can change your lifestyle and never be sick again. If you love living, then the choice is pretty clear.
