This is when I would normally sit back in my chair and just scream ‘I told you so’ to anyone that would listen to me. Unfortunately, this chair would snap and I’ll end up with some form of head trauma, again. Instead, I’ll just tell you guys that Gina Carano is finally back and she’s training with Gil Martinez from Xtreme Couture in Las Vegas. These pictures were taken this morning in the gym and every square pixel of them is baked in awesome. Women’s MMA survived without Gina Carano, but it goes without question that Carano will ignite whatever fire needed for Strikeforce to assemble another card headlined by two females. In fact, the highest rated Strikeforce show in the organization’s history is still Carano vs. Cyborg back in 2009. [Source]
