Paul Felder Wins Bloody And Battered War Against Edson Barboza!

UFC 242 pay-per-view (PPV) event is happening live now (Saturday, September 7, 2019) from inside the Arena on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

It is co-headlined by the 155-pound fight between two Taekwondo black belts – the former Ring of Combat and Renaissance MMA Lightweight king Edson Barboza and ex-CFFC champ Paul “The Irish Dragon” Felder. Our ref is Herb Dean.

Round 1

He is in the full guard, Felder lands elbows. Barboza lands strikes off the top, and it seems Barboza is cut too. Felder defends well. Right hook Edson. Felder goes for the armbar, it seems he could finish it. Barboza slams him and gets up, what a war. Fantastic match.

Round 3

Great exchange on both sides, middle kick, and a hook. Barboza looks a bit shaken after the punch he ate. Body punch Felder. Body kick Barboza but Felder is very tough. Right hand to the face Felder. Another body kick, Felder fires back with three punches to the head and a low kick. Low kick Barboza, followed by a spinning backfist, but Felder survives and keeps moving.

Another punch by Felder, Barboza circles around his opponent. Good punch Felder. Spinning back kick Barboza countered by a spinning backfist by Felder, amazing Taekwondo move by Edson. Felder presses Barboza over and over. Right-hand to the face Barboza, but he misses with left and right hook.
