After UFC 107, Diego Sanchez realized that he was not welcomed to the 155lb party everyone was having in UFC. Dude had a pretty impressive showing at UFC 95 against Joe Daddy Stevenson and followed it up by making everyone’s jaw hit the floor when he and Clay Guida raged on each other at the TUF 9 season finale. Diego was knee deep in the lightweight division until BJ Penn came along. Much like the random guy huddled around the keg at a house party, he was eventually spotted, questioned and politely instructed to leave. Now Diego Sanchez and Nate Diaz have peaced out of the 155lb division to wander back to 170lbs. You know, the division that has doesn’t have the ‘BJ Penn lives here’ sign hanging on the door. Diego Sanchez not only welcomes Diaz back to the division, dude wants to smash his head in. Politely smash his head in.
