If I were Steve Mazzagatti I would immediately go into protective custody after watching this clip. I would rather have Bird Flu mad at me than Dana White. With a fatal disease, you might die a horrible, painful death — but that death won’t include verbal daggers to the forehead and linguistic hammers to the chin.
How many of you remember when Brock Lesnar was forced to watch the knee bar Frank Mir pulled on him at UFC 81 in a UFC 100 promo over four years ago? After watching the submission on a loop, Brock screamed ‘Look at how many times I had to tap out, I want to punch the mustache off of Mazzagatti’s face!’ then he took off his mic, left the studio and punched the door on his way out.
We tried finding the video but it appears time has consumed that memory in MMA — it’s literally no where to be found on the internet.
Hopefully this clip of Dana White going off on Steve Mazzagatti will be permanently etched in the archives of YouTube. Props to Reddit for the find.
