Instead, it appears that someone jabbed a plastic fork directly through his iris and ran away before Cro Cop had a chance to rearrange their consciousness with a left high kick. A few days ago, Index.hr claimed that Mirko was nearly out of UFC 119 with a severe eye injury. Dana White dismissed the story, until Cro Cop admitted that he was injured but never had any intentions of pulling out of the fight. In an attempt to shock us yet again, Index.hr released a picture of Cro Cop’s eye shortly after the accident he sustained in training — and it’s pretty gruesome. [Source]
