Is an article still an article if your headline encapsulates everything you want to say, or is it just a headline? I think it can be both, and I think it’s obvious to say Ronda would lose to Conor McGregor in a fight. I mean, he’s bigger than her, and has a lot of length and testosterone. It’s a silly conversation to have, and yet people always want to discuss these hypothetical matchups as if they’ll happen or matter. And for what it’s worth, Ronda fighting Mayweather is way different than Ronda/Conor. The weights are closer, and Mayweather wouldn’t be able to stop the takedown. Even if Conor was thrown, he’d be able to get back up. Mayweather would be utterly fucked.
Either way, let’s get this quote on:
“I certainly would not like to end up in a tie-up with Miss Rousey! I remember one time when I’d seen her and I greeted her and I said ‘what’s up champ?’ and we embraced. I swear on my life her back muscles were the solidest back muscles I’d ever felt in my life.
I thought if this lady was to get a hold of me she would throw me on my head in literally one second flat. So I would not like to engage in a clinch fight with Ronda. But, make no mistake about it, I have my ways to win that fight, too!“
