Donald Cerrone who are coming off first-round slick armbar win over Mike Perry in the co-main event of UFC Fight Night 139 this past weekend and now holds the UFC’s record for most finishes.

After picking up a win over ‘Platinum,’ Cerrone teased an exciting matchup at lightweight and hinted he could be fighting Irishman in the near future.

Currently, this fight is far from official, but Cerrone wants this fight, and there’s no official word from Mcgregor if he’s interested in getting down inside the Octagon with ‘Cowboy’ but this bout certainly intriguing on paper. Oddsmaker never misses an opportunity and have already released early odds on this possible fight.

According to Bestfightodds, Bovada released the odds, where McGregor opens as a slight favorite at -185, that would mean a successful $185 bet on him would net you $100. Meanwhile, Cowboy has been open as a +150 underdog, so that means a successful $100 bet on him would make you $150.

Cerrone is 34-11 overall and 6-4 in his ten-fight welterweight tenure, after a long run at the 155-pound division that saw him challenge for the title back in 2016. McGregor is coming off a submission loss to undefeated UFC lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov in the main headliner of UFC 229 PPV event back in October.
