Bjorn Rebney talks about the Strikeforce vs. Bellator event that may never happen

Besides having a name that could easily be a supervillain in the Die Hard franchise, Bjorn Rebney doesn’t run away when we try to talk to him. Especially when it involves questioning him about the heavily rumored Bellator vs. Strikeforce New Year’s Eve event. Bellator has been greenlighting the event for months now, however it seems like Strikeforce isn’t so privy to a promotion vs. promotion match-up. That’s probably the last time I will ever use privy, in fact I sincerely thought I would go throughout my entire life without using that word. Today I failed. Damn.

We caught up with Bjorn at Bellator 29, better known as Wisconsin’s first sanctioned MMA event, to discuss a number of issues that will probably interest you. Therefore, you should watch this short interview and decide whether I’m right.
