BJJ monster Mackenzie Dern is making her MMA debut, let’s watch her box, dance and lift to prep

When Mackenzie Dern is holding a major belt in the UFC or Bellator remember this post. Already a jiu-jitsu ace, Dern announced her intentions to cross over into MMA early this year and has been training for debut ever since. One part ultra talented black belt BJJ grappler one part 23 year old athlete, makes Dern one of the more intriguing prospects to try her hand at MMA in quite some time.

Set to make her first face punching appearance on July 22nd for the AXS TV televised promotion Legacy Fighting Championship, let’s watch some of Dern’s training regime while working out of the acclaimed MMA Lab gym in Glendale, Arizona.
