Muay Thai Fighter Gou Dakui Knocks Out Opponent And Referee
Well refereeing as a whole, whether the sport of MMA, boxing or football whatever is possibly the most unappreciated job in all of the professional games. But at the same time, it becomes too dangerous too. Officials are given a task to do their job during the fights keeping a close eye on fighters battering each other if they don’t anticipate how and where the action is going, off course crazy things can happen.
Something similar happened earlier on Saturday at Max Muay Thai event in Thailand. A hometown fighter Gou Dakui put on an impressive performance in front of his countrymen when he violently pounded his opponent Super x Sitsontidech to score a second-round TKO victory.
During a finishing sequence, Gou Dakui accidentally smashed referee’s face with a head kick, dropped him crashing to the canvas.
After the win, Gou stretched his record to 21-9. Meanwhile, Super X drops to 60-32-2 overall.
