We don’t know why this guy is easily frightened, but we do know that it’s a pretty horrible idea to make this guy jump while he’s holding a knife or is precisely trying to cut something with a slicing apparatus. Maybe the guy holding this camera should have waited for this line chef to not have incredibly sharp objects in his hand while he sneaks up on him, but hey — we’re not telling this guy how to provide the lulz for us.
The only issue with this clip is a common one. Turn your phone horizontally while capturing video. It’s 2013 and people still haven’t figured this out. Humanity, you can do better than this.
