A wild brawl broke out at a Nomad Fighting Championship event in Kazakhstan.
While patiently waiting for Saturday night’s UFC 289 card to kick off in the Great White North, hardcore mixed martial arts fans were biding their time with Nomad FC’s latest offering. Emanating from Almaty, Kazakhstan, the event delivered much more than what fans were expecting as one of the craziest brawls in MMA history went down following a contest between Ulan Nurgali and Sayat Kunshashev.
After three rounds of toe-to-toe action that left Nurgali battered and bloodied, Kunshashev was awarded the win via a unanimous decision. Shortly after the announcement, members of Nurgali’s team approached Kunshashev and exchanged some words. Moments later, a punch was thrown by Kunshashev that prompted an all-out brawl inside the ring with more than two dozen participants.
