Jumping on a bed for flexibility is Paige VanZant’s version of Thug Life. Before VanZant takes on Rose Namajunas at UFC Fight Night 80, the 21 year old has to improve her jump kicking experience points. It’s impressive that VanZant is already 3-0 in the UFC’s strawweight division but just look at the vertical leap she gets thanks to that springy bed.
Hopefully Namajunas has spent the last six to eight weeks of her training camp defending slow motion bed jump kick defense.
