Frank Mir made Todd Duffee dead tonight. Watch this replay.

Tonight’s weird Wednesday main event was capped by a fight that going in, we didn’t know how it would go down. Would it be a boring, cage grinding fight for both fighters? No. Hell no. Both Frank Mir and Todd Duffee came out spamming heavy shots to start the fight and simply did not stop until Todd Duffee’s consciousness was shattered and laying in a pool of his own sadness on the mat. Complete lights out.

It was only a matter of time, too. These guys were both taking nasty, nasty shots, but Duffee got sloppy and tried a reaching and slapping backhand that opened him up for a Frank Mir power shot right to the jaw that would end everyone’s night with a huge smile. Holy shit. 73 amazing seconds.

Look at this, right now:

I’m not ready to say Frank Mir is back, because I don’t really think Frank ever left. His last two wins have been KOs in a total of two minutes and fifty three seconds. Yeah, he lost 4 in a row before that, but look who he lost to: Barnett, Cormier, Dos Santos, Overeem. Mir is what we thought he is, and I’m having fun watching this.
