Feeling a bit down on UFC 221? Yeah, I was too... until while looking through prefight media, I stumbled upon this gem. Turns out the boys from Submission Radio in Australia asked Israel about his tattoos and things escalated beautifully from there. https://twitter.com/stylebender/status/961554896251047937 That couldn't have gone more fantastically. Israel Adesanya is now my new favorite fighter. With a bunch of hype behind him, and his credentials as an electric Glory kickboxing title contender, I really hope "The Style Bender" can make real waves in the UFC. Or at least absolutely destroy some guys until he fights a great wrestler. Please, UFC let him crush some cans. Give him the "Venom" Page treatment for at least two years. God where is Scott Coker when you need him? Oh yeah, he's too busy running a Heavyweight Grand Prix in 2018. God bless his soul. Deadpool references, anti-establishment thoughts on the marketing of the film industry, and properly constructed metaphors??? MMA desperately needs more personalities like Israel Adesanya.
