Mothers. We all have at least one. They want nothing but the best for us and sometimes that means dropping some harsh truth on our asses. That’s exactly what @MomsAgainstUFC on twitter is doing.
Moms don’t want to see their kids, or husbands for that matter, involved in such gratuitous displays of violence. You can say what you want about how MMA is safer than the NFL or Boxing, but you’re going to sound like a dummy. The fact of the matter is, getting punched in the head is not safe. MMA is dangerous guys.
Luckily, @MomsAgainstUFC is here to fight the good fight, and they’re definitely not doing it in support of Culinary Workers Union 226. They just want to stop the violence, as our forefathers who, shed blood on the battlefield for freedom, intended. I support that, because I love America.
