Brock Lesnar Submits Cain Velasquez At WWE Crown Jewel
Cain Velasquez made his WWE debut in a pro wrestling rematch against Brock Lesnar. However, this time around, it was Brock who would end up with his hand raised.
Velasquez announced his retirement from MMA, at the same time as his signing with the WWE. Moreover, it was known that he would be facing Brock Lesnar in his debut, after an altercation between the two. This would be a rematch from their real fight, back at UFC 121, where Cain won via first round TKO.
Now, at WWE Crown Jewel, in Saudi Arabia, early this afternoon, Lesnar got his revenge. The bout started off with Brock being hit with a good sized head kick. This was reminiscent of their real life fight, as it dropped the champ.

However, Brock Lesnar was not so easily defeated. He not only managed to recover, but turn the tides on Velasquez. In the end, he would end up submitting Cain, tapping him via a Kimura. Nevertheless, the punishment did not stop there. As evident by this GIF, Brock wanted to put a little icing on the cake of victory.

Talk about hitting a man while he is down. This choice to bash Velasquez with a chair after victory, shows that there may still be a few hard feelings from their real fight. Either way, it was a definitive victory for Lesnar.
There is little doubt that these two will face off again in the WWE ring. Perhaps after Cain Velasquez is able to get a few more matches under his belt, he will be back. Then we can see how he looks again Brock Lesnar at that point.
