Bret Hart Attacked By Fan During During WWE Hall Of Fame Speech
The legendary wrestler Bret Hart was attacked by a fan during WWE hall of fame speech on Saturday night at Barclays Center in Brooklyn. N.Y.
The attacked happened when Hart was accepting his induction for the second time for The Hart Foundation alongside the daughter of his partner Jim “The Anvil” Neidhart, Natalya. Unfortunately, the fan jumped inside the ring and tackled Hart. The video showed that WWE Raw Women’s champion Ronda Rousey’s husband Travis Browne, WWE wrestler Dash Wilder, and many others entered the ring to protect Bret Hart. Browe was seen throwing some punches at a fan while he was on the ground.
According to the report, Hart wasn’t injured during the attack and able to finish the speech after the incident.
The WWE swiftly switch off the live feed to black which was followed by images of a crowd.
According to LA times journalist Arash Markazi, the fan who attacked Bret has been arrested and officially charged with two counts of assault in the third degree and disorderly conduct.
