Fans accused Belal Muhammad of being biased after he supported the controversial decision in UFC Vegas 74 main event.
After an action-pack night of fights, UFC Vegas 74 ended in controversy when Amir Albazi was awarded a split decision against Kai Kara-France. Social media was quickly filled with fans claiming robbery as most people thought Kara-France deserved to have his hand raised.
Muhammad wasn’t in agreement with the support for Kara-France. The UFC welterweight continuously voiced his opinion that Albazi was the rightful winner, leading to him saying this on Twitter:

Fans weren’t interested in hearing Muhammad’s point of view. The comment section for his tweet was filled with people claiming he was biased toward Albazi, including some saying:

The UFC Vegas 74 main event scorecards were 48-47 x2 and 47-48. The primary argument from Kara-France supporters was due to Chris Lee giving Albazi the fourth round, which most people believe was a clear round for ‘Don’t Blink.’

Although fans had various scorecards, the general consensus is that Kai Kara-France should’ve been given rounds four and five. On the contrary, Amir Albazi supporters believe he won the first three rounds. One fan commented on Belal Muhammad’s Twitter, saying:

Muhammad had this to say in response:
“No I thought he lost the 4th I’m just saying rewatch it without sound … I thought he won the first 3 and 5th was close”
Albazi’s win against Kara-France extended his UFC record to 5-0. ‘The Prince’ now expects a title shot or number one contender matchup in his next fight. Only time will tell if the 29-year-old can continue winning and become a UFC champion.
