UFC 278 Weigh-In Results: Usman & Edwards Make Weight

Kamaru Usman and Leon Edwards have made weight for their UFC 278 title clash this weekend.

The UFC 278 weigh-in results are in, and our main event welterweight title bout between Leon Edwards and Kamaru Usman is set.

UFC 278 Weigh-In Results

UFC 278 will go down live on pay-per-view (PPV) from Vivint Arena in Salt Lake City, Utah this weekend (Sat. August 20, 2022). 

In the main event, UFC welterweight champion Kamaru Usman puts his title on the line against challenger Leon Edwards.

Also, Paulo Costa returns at middleweight to welcome back ex-division champion Luke Rockhold. The card is truly stacked with several great matchups that fans should enjoy.

Before the action gets underway, the fighters must make weight. All competitors stepped on the scale this morning to determine if that will e happening tomorrow night. Check out our UFC 278 weigh-in results below:

Paulo Costa Curses USADA At Weigh-Ins

The weigh-ins were certainly eventful, especially from Paulo Costa. He’ll take on Luke Rockhold on the main card, but decided to use his weigh-in opportunity to take a shot at the United States Anti-Doping Agency (USADA).

After making weight and celebrating, Costa said “f*ck USADA” before complaining about them coming to wake him up so early in the morning for testing.
