Felder’s MMA training will help

As a competitor in the UFC, Paul Felder has been a well-conditioned high-level athlete for many years. Starting his professional career in 2011, Felder competed for almost a decade until 2020. During his time in the octagon, Felder built a reputation for his striking prowess and endurance.

Felder had spoken about incorporating running and biking into his cardio regiment to prepare for fighting. His athletic abilities will transition nicely as he ups the ante on his training program for the triathlons.

He’s made his intentions of being a winner in his age group in a race clear. Felder believes that his days of kicking have prepared his lower body to handle the load of biking and running but sees the need to improve his swimming to catch up to the competition in the event.

In the video, Felder reiterated his move away from MMA but stated that he will continue to be a part of the UFC commentary team while fulfilling his new dream.
