Hey, remember when we traveled to the 209 with Ronda Rousey in search of enlightenment and the best deals at Whole Foods? Yeah, we do too. It's been two years since that fateful journey, and a lot has changed in our world, the MMA world and even the universe known as Stockton, California. We take this blast to the past on Throwback Thursday to a moment in time when Ronda was about two months a Strikeforce champion, Nick Diaz was hanging out after winning rounds 1, 2, 5 against Condit, and Layzie had his faithful handheld camera. My god, if anything we should marvel at the strides video recording technology have taken since MiddleEasy started. We used to get interviews with MMA fighters after walking up hill both ways in the snow. Here's some previously unreleased footage of a fun grappling session between Nick and Ronda.
