Sunvo Torfunfarm took the main event at ONE Friday Fights 169, edging Khunponnoi Sor Sommai by split decision in a flyweight Muay Thai fight Friday at Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand. The result gave ONE another same-day Bangkok headliner after Arman Moradi folded Dansiam with a second-round knee.

ONE listed the result as Sunvo defeating Khunponnoi by split decision after three rounds. The promotion described the opening round as a careful striking battle, with Sunvo using his length and body kicks while Khunponnoi answered with boxing combinations and body shots when Sunvo reset behind a high guard.
The fight tightened in the second round. Sunvo doubled up on kicks and mixed in longer hooks, while Khunponnoi kept pressing with a tucked chin and a right hand over the top. Sunvo stayed with jabs and left kicks to the body late in the frame, keeping the fight close going into the final round.
Sunvo Pulls Away Late In Bangkok
Round three became the swing round. Sunvo began catching kicks and firing back immediately, then put together a quick body-punch combination that slowed Khunponnoi down during one of the veteran fighter’s forward bursts.
Khunponnoi kept marching until the final bell, but Sunvo’s late adjustments carried enough of the scorecards. The win moved Sunvo to 54-20 and continued a busy ONE Friday slate that already produced Petmuangsri’s decision win over Gregor Thom and Rak Erawan’s first-round stoppage of Hern Looksuan.
The split verdict also snapped Khunponnoi’s push for a third straight win in the weekly series. Sunvo entered as the younger fighter with fewer ONE appearances, then left Lumpinee with the main-event result and the cleanest statement of his ONE run so far.
