Once again, the PFL returns with the 2022 PFL 4, featuring lightweight and light heavyweight bouts.
Clay Collard, the lightweight slugger, takes on Alexander Martinez in the main event. Antonio Carlos Junior, the light heavyweight champ last year, will face Bruce Souto in the co-main event.
In addition to the many talented fighters in action, the 2021 lightweight champion Raush Manfio has been thrown into the mix against Olivier Aubin-Mercier of Canada. In order for former UFC standout, Jeremy Stephens to qualify for the playoffs in just his first year with PFL, he must defeat Myles Price.
There is a lot of excitement coming into the lightweight division with Anthony Pettis leading the way with six points, then the defending PFL champion Raush Manfio with four points, however, Clay Collard, Alex Martinez, and Olivier Aubin-Mercier all have three points. To qualify for the playoffs, the top four in points will advance.
The playoff field will not be determined until Pettis competes next week against Stevie Ray at PFL 5.
Among the top scorers in the division, Antonio Carlos Junior, the current light heavyweight champion, and Omari Akhmedov are neck-and-neck with six points each. Robert Wilkinson and Cory Hendricks are next with five points apiece, while Marthin Hamlet has three. The final 4 with the most points make it into the playoffs.
