The bout replaces the originally planned Eblen vs. Costello van Steenis title rematch after van Steenis withdrew. Eblen enters at 17-1 after rebounding from the van Steenis loss with a submission win over Bryan Battle. Kasanganay enters at 20-6 and gets another shot at Eblen after their split-decision fight at PFL vs. Bellator in 2024.
