Mike Perry is grumpy as hell and we don’t know if that is a good sign. Perry fights Cowboy Cerrone at UFC Denver this weekend and he’s already tired of all the BS.
Perry didn’t snap at a random reporter but he was kind of pissed off at the dude. And we don’t even know why?
Somebody was in Perry’s ear about something and Perry just went off on a reporter who asked him a softball question. It was roughly five minutes into the media event, when Perry got up and peaced out.

Over what though?
Maybe the weight cut down to 170 is going rough for Perry because he had no time for that MMA media member’s playful banter. We think the reporter asked Perry about being friends with another fighter at the event and Platinum just stone walled him. Being friends with another guy? That’s kind of gay according to Mike Perry.
Alright then.
Perry goes on to say the reporter has pretty friendly hair.
Makes sense.
Then Perry calls him a mother f****r not once but twice. Two mini MF-pipe bombs go off and then Perry walks off.
Something or someone touched a chord with Perry and got in his feelings. Did Perry have just some kind of weird sleep walking flashback right before our eyes? Are all the lights currently on in Mike Perry’s head?
This could go one of two ways. Either Perry knockouts Cowboy in 30 seconds because a MMA media member implied he was friendly. Or Perry loses a three round decision because he’s still thinking about what the reporter asked him on media day. Am I to friendly? Did I leave the oven on?
The mind of Platinum Perry is a fascinating maze that may just be a roundabout in his head.
