In case you’re late to the Uriah Hall party, he really likes to spin while fighting. During his Ultimate Fighter stint, he was seen as the scary force that at any point could throw a nasty wheel kick. In fact he did, resulting in an unforgettably brutal result.
Apparently for Mr. Hall practice makes perfect, as he was recently caught going Anderson Silva on a training partner. Hands down and all.
Props to the unknown participant who definitely gets some good shots in, even landing a head kick at one point. In the end though, Hall decides to put on the spin cycle, delivering a nasty mule kick to the gut of his spar buddy.
Moral of the story, don’t head kick Uriah Hall. Just don’t. Not in a club. Not in a cage. Not on the mats. Because you might just catch a crazy spin kick, and no one wants that.
