UFC flyweight Paige VanZant has announced that she had just gotten engaged to boyfriend a fellow mixed martial artist Austin Vanderford.
Vanzant tries to hold back the tears as her husband-to-be holds out a ring, with the caption “I said yes!!”.
The two have reportedly been dating for over a year and have been public about their romance on social media.
Paige VanZant, who in the past couple years also has had star-making turns outside the Octagon on “Dancing With the Stars” and a celebrity edition of “Chopped,” is getting married soon.
The flyweight Vanzant suffered a broken arm at January 14’s UFC Fight Night 124 bout with Jessica-Rose Clark earlier this month but still managed to complete the fight, ultimately lost the fight by decision.
Vanderford, who fights at welterweight, stayed on top in December with a second-round submission of Kenny Licea at Victory FC 59 in Nebraska.
