Whoa. Did Joe Rogan just leak the Alistair Overeem vs. Junior dos Santos fight announcement

Sometimes the MMA Gods smile upon us. Three years after the original Alistair Overeem vs. Junior dos Santos fight was supposed to pop off at UFC 146 in Las Vegas, the heavyweight clash of face-punching titans may happen in 2015. Just ask UFC analyst Joe Rogan.

While recording his UFC FN 73 fight companion podcast, Rogan leaked the information that he has already recorded “UFC Countdown” footage for a JDS vs. Reem clash. For the past several weeks Overeem has been hounding dos Santos on social media requesting a fight. Dos Santos was last seen battering Stipe Miocic for five rounds while Overeem has won his last two UFC fights against Roy Nelson and Stefan Struve respectively.

JDS! Reem! Locked in the cage with four ounces gloves on their hands is the MMA gift from the Gods that keeps on giving.
