Alright guys, sit down for this superfluous amount of name dropping. Just hours ago at the UFC Fan Expo, I met up with Randy Chase from EA Sports and Mike Sawyer, the president of the Karate US Opens near the EA booth as they face-scanned Junior dos Santos and Cain Velasquez for the new UFC video game. As we were strolling around the expo, getting free stuff from nearly every booth — Gilbert Melendez left his TapouT booth just to say what’s up to us. Basically what I’m trying to say is my Saturday afternoon ate your Saturday afternoon for lunch, processed it in its colon, and then flushed it down the toilet.
LayzieTheSavage climbed inside Gilbert Melendez’s hotel room while he was sleeping, woke him up and then fed him a sandwich that he found at Whole Foods and then filmed him. Some of that stuff may be inaccurate, but it still does not negate the fact that Gil admitted that he’s rooting for Chael Sonnen tonight at UFC 148.
