We think Tank Abbott just burned whatever relationship he had with the UFC in this interview

Last year we told you about a borderline legendary rematch of early UFC stars, Tank Abbott vs. Scott Ferrozzo, which was slated to be a no time limit match that would only end if one person died in the cage. It was slated to be a PPV event and the location was in Dayton, Ohio at the Dixie Cowgirls Night Club — essentially an old-school strip club. At some point in time, the words ‘strip club’ were replaced with ‘someone’s backyard’ and ‘PPV event’ was somehow changed to ‘filmed on someone’s camera and placed on YouTube.’ It wasn’t what you expected from a fight sold to the MMA world as a ‘No Holds Barred’ death match — but it was entertaining nevertheless.

We published the entire video on MiddleEasy after one of our readers (MentaL) ripped the fight on YouTube. Tank Abbott’s attorneys contacted us and issued a ‘cease and desist’ letter insisting that we remove the video or face further legal action. We politely removed it — and then days later they published the entire fight on YouTube anyway. Yeah, nothing made sense in that scenario. Sort of like this 5150 Fightwear interview with Tank Abbott in which he completely burns the UFC, Dana White, and Tito Ortiz for no apparent reason.
