How To Live Stream UFC 240 PPV Event
UFC will stage a UFC 240 Pay-Per-View MMA event tonight (Sat, July 27, 2019) from inside the Rogers Place in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. The early prelims will start at 7 p.m. ET on UFC Fight Pass, then remaining preliminary card begins at 8.p.m. ET on ESPN which is followed by PPV main card at 10.p.m. ET on ESPN +.
The main headliner bout features a featherweight title bout, where reigning champion Max Holloway will put his gold on the line against former lightweight titleholder, Frankie Edgar.
Holloway hasn’t lost a but at featherweight since dropping a decision to Conor McGregor back in 2013. Holloway is a -400 betting favorite, while Edgar is a +325 underdog in a recent odds. ‘Blessed’ 27, is coming off a unanimous-decision loss to Dustin Poirier is slated to challenge current UFC lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov for the title.
Edgar last fought back in April of 2018 where he scored a decision win over Cub Swanson. Before that, he suffered a first-round knock-out loss to Brian Ortega.
Meanwhile, in the co-main event, a former UFC women’s featherweight champion Cris Cyborg will look to rebound from a KO loss to Amanda Nunes when she clashes against undefeated submission specialist Felicia Spencer. That bout marks Cyborg’s last fight on her contract.
The rest of PPV card includes, a welterweight contender Geoff Neal will meet Niko Price, a Canadian lightweight Olivier Aubin-Mercier faces Arman Tsarukyan, and middleweight Marc-Andre Barriault squares off against Krzysztof Jotko.
