10th Planet Jiu-Jitsu in Hollywood is about a five minute walk from my place and I’ve yet to smell any leafy substance emanating from Legends Gym. In an interview with High Times magazine, Bravo actually credits marijuana for improving his jiu-jitsu game. In fact, he says that the 10th Planet style of jiu-jitsu was inspired by herb. If you ask Joe Rogan, I’m sure he could give substantial evidence that a lot of inventions in this country were inspired by a hefty dose of marijuana. Perhaps this video of Eddie Bravo nearly murdering Renato Laranja was thought of while under the influence.
