For some reason ZUFFA released the first episode of TUF: Smashes, skipped the second, and then decided to release the third episode just a few minutes ago. Oh, look at that — it appears ZUFFA did release the second episode of TUF: Smashes. We just lied to you on accident and then admitted our faults seconds later. Consider us unlike your girlfriend.
Thus far in this year of The Ultimate Fighter, I’ve watched far more episodes of the Aussies and Brits going at it than the American version. There’s just something about two nations going at it that brings the jingoism out in everyone. Last week during the UFC on Fuel TV fight weekend, Dana White said that TUF: Smashes was the craziest season he’s ever experienced in The Ultimate Fighter History and he claims that after the show airs, he will disclose everything that happened behind the scenes. Apparently he said that he underestimated the rivalry between the UK and Australia — which makes me think that someone sacrificed a kangaroo and smeared the blood in someone’s Vegemite — or something stereotypical like that.
With that said, you should check out this newly released episode of TUF: Smashes before you forget about it and start fumbling around your kitchen for food.
