Watch Jose Aldo train for his UFC 136 battle with Kenny Florian

There are a few things that all of us here at MiddleEasy can agree on. We all agree that WuTang Clan are the supreme beings of rap and that Wu Tang Clan ‘ain’t nothin’ to **** with’. We also all share an affinity for tacos in just about any of their various forms. Even in our most desperate and trying moments of hunger, we all can somehow manage to find a miniscule amount of appreciation for the lowest of the low-the fake wannabe tacos from places like Chipotle and Taco Bell.  The way to our hearts is via Valentine’s Day cards filled with Wu Tang lyrics and a candlelight dinner next to a taco truck. Tacos and Wu Tang, we just can’t quit you.

We also unanimously agree that kicks and punches that create different shapes and colors of hematomas upon the head, legs and/or any other body part of their opponent are something to be worshipped. We bow to the greatness of the kicks and punches you will see in the next Jose Aldo training video. Kicks like this turned Urijah Faber’s leg into a swollen eggplant and Mark Hominick’s forehead into a humongous egg. Jose Aldo turns his opponents into food. That is amazing. His legs and fists have also allowed him to collect the skulls of his defeated opponents upon his right shoulder in a mass grave style tattoo.

His weapons are the deliverers of both power and beauty for our eyes and possibly another skull emblazoned upon his shoulder. Watch Jose Aldo in his final training session in Brazil as he readies his legs and fists to defend his title against Kenny Florian this weekend at UFC 136. [source
