Watch Brock Lesnar trane some UFC with Jimmy Fallon

Last night instead of staying up watching Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, I was sleeping off a migraine I got from being forced to sit in a room for two hours with my kid’s father listening to him chew and swallow his food and rant on and on about what a stupendously amazing human being he is and what a huge mistake I made when I decided to not spend the rest of my life with him. Call me crazy, but when the hair on the back of my neck stands on end and everytime I hear you talk, chew or breathe it sends me into a Yosemite Sam-ish fit of rage–I’m fairly certain we aren’t MFEO (that stands for ‘made for each other’ for all of you that haven’t watched the movie Sleepless in Seattle 127 times). So while I slept away my nausea and brain stabbing head pain and the thoughts of pipe bombs-Brock Lesnar was on the Jimmy Fallon show promoting his new book Death Clutch and the upcoming season 14 of The Ultimate Fighter.

While on the show Jimmy Fallon decided to get Brock Lesnar to show him a little UFC style training. I don’t think if I was Jimmy Fallon I would start out learning how it feels to get choked with the man who was the inspiration for the term ‘unstoppable frate trane’. That’s like me calling up Cris Cyborg to let her go full mount and give me some double fisted ground and pounding. Picture that. I’d rather start off small with someone like Paris Hilton. Check out Brock going all UFC and WWE on Jimmy Fallon in this clip from the show last night.
