Alexander Volkov Runs Through Alexandr Romanov In Opening Round – UFC Vegas Results (Highlights)

6’7 skyscraper Alexander Volkov meets ‘King Kong’ Alexandr Romanov in the co-main event of UFC Las Vegas. ‘Drago’ will attempt to string two wins in a row while Romanov tries to rebound from his first pro loss.

Round 1:

Romanov rushes in for a takedown to begin the fight. Volkov defends well while pushed against the cage. Volkov lands a few punches and then breaks free from the position. Volkov lands a teep kick and a right hand which stuns Romanov. Romanov looks for a takedown but Volkov stuffs it and gets the back of Romanov. Volkov lands massive ground and pound from top position. The referee has seen enough and stops the contest. It’s a quick TKO victory for ‘Drago’.
