Videos: All the times Conor McGregor giggled, mumbled or made noises at the UFC 229 presser

Conor McGregor UFC 229 presser

And ain’t that the tooth. Did Conor McGregor peak at the UFC 229 pre-fight press conference? Would it surprise anyone if we found video footage of Mystic Mac huffing dental grade laughing gas before the UFC 229 presser?

Mac was on another level on Thursday (Sept. 20) and the sport needs it. There is this small subsection of MMA fans that truly believe the antics of McGregor do harm to the sport. These people actually exist and they couldn’t be more wrong.

The UFC has always been pro wrestling with less storylines. McGregor is the embodiment of pro wrestling mutated into MMA and its part of the reason why he’s the biggest star the UFC has ever had.

Larger than life personalities sell pay-per-views, tickets and get you to tune into a fight on a Saturday night when you could be doing something else.

Conor McGregor can sell a fight with a broomstick and still get over one million buys on pay-per-view. Khabib Nurmagomedov was the worst dance partner at UFC 229 presser and Mac still carried the event into delicious entertainment goodness.

Cage fighting is cool and all but throw in some story driven, interesting personalities and you got that extra sizzle and spice. *Chef kiss*, Mac’s weirdness was a beautiful thing to watch yesterday.

There is no better way to explain Conor’s brilliance then to watch him work with a mic in his hand, and in this case when he thought nobody was watching.

Did anyone else notice or hear McGregor’s random acts of laughter during the presser? Mac is on one and we have no idea how to explain his giggling, mumbling and all the random noises his body made.

Did he know what his body was doing?

Can he control it?

Does he know cameras are on him? How long was Mac staring at the back of his hand and questioning why we are all here in the great big universe?

Just watch.
