Giant flabby bellies, labored breathing, the slowest knockout punches humanly possible… you’ve guessed it fight fans. It’s time for fat guy knockouts.
Check out this Road FC matchup between the singularly-named Aorigele (which I am guessing is Chinese for The Fighter Formerly Known as Prince) and Japanese can Yusuke Masuda (6-12-3). You might remember Aorigele from being on the receiving end of one of the most vicious groin strikers in MMA history. His testicle apparently “exploded”, whatever that means. But it seems as if he has recovered, if you believe that testicles can ever recover after an explosion.
But be forewarned, this is a clip from the third round of a heavyweight fight. And as it turns out, a fight with a very heavyweight ending. Proceed expecting a utter lack of explosiveness.
Does RoadFC understand the beauty of MMA more than any other promotion? The question at the heart of MMA is always, can this really fat and huge unskilled guy, beat up this less fat, but more skilled guy? Every event that doesn’t address that question in some capacity is a black eye on the sport of mixed martial arts.
So, let’s salute Aorigele, his bizarre single name, and the slowest left hand of power in the Eastern Hemisphere.
