We had the three day blood sacrifice of fights capping everything off with UFC 200 on Saturday, then we had UFC Sioux Falls on Wednesday, and now we finish this insane week off with Bellator 158 in London. One of Bellator’s breakout stars Michael “Venom” Page will face his first real test with Evangelista Cyborg, and he did not wait at all to begin his infamous antics.
Bellator had their staredown yesterday and a stoic Cyborg was met with a Page summoning his Ki and standing with his hand raised. The clash of these two personalities seem like a perfect microcosm of how their fight will play out.

Just today after the weigh-ins, we got another chance to see these two dudes stare into each other’s eyes and Page went right back into it. This time, we got a nice little dance reminiscent of a Renan Barão victory. It’ll be interesting to see the brawling Thai-style and ground game of Cyborg up against the top prospect who looks like someone combined Anderson Silva and Genki Sudo DNA in a lab.
