Video: Legend Renzo Gracie, 51, Returns To One Championship Cage Wins Via Submission

After eight years of inactivity from MMA, former PRIDE FC and UFC veteran, Renzo Gracie, 51, return to action at ONE Championship event on Friday (July 27, 2018) inside Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay, Philippines.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu legend Gracie faced fellow veteran Yuki Kondo, with first-round seems bit tepid, but in the second round, he took Kondo down, quickly locked him inside his legs and finished the bout with a rear-naked choke. Gracie last fought at UFC 112 in 2010, when he suffered a defeated by Matt Hughes. With the victory, Gracie is now 13-7-1.

During his recent interview with MMAFighting, Renzo said, fighting is his life and after winning this fight, he will not stop now:

“You’re talking to a guy who loves to fight,” he said. “If someone comes to my front door and says he came here to fight me, we’ll move the furniture from my beautiful living room and we’ll make a match right then. If there is a life after this one, I hope they allow spirits to fight.”
