Video: Extended exclusive clip of Josh Neer gym fight shows Facebook hero scoring points

Not long ago, a few days after Neer posted a YouTube video of himself obliterating an online heckler, his apparent victim was claiming he actually won the fight.  According to Patrick “In your Facebook” Martin, the thirteen-second YouTube clip occurred “after the bell.”

“My side is that we had a 3 minute sparring round that he couldn’t score or take me down! He threw wild punches I dodged and counter and with my 16oz gloves I did all the punching also mixed a couple kicks in! Everything you see is after the round bell sounded as I turned away from him picking up my mouth piece I dropped after the round!” he explained to Emmery Myers of MMAFighting.

Of course, we speculated that Neer may have edited the video for a reason, perhaps because the preceding three minutes wasn’t all that flattering.  And today, YouTube commentator BeerDrankShawty secured and posted one minute and twelve seconds of the extended confrontation.

In it, a relatively gigantic Martin probably scores more points than Neer.  That, of course, was probably really frustrating.  But unfortunately, the video does not continue into the final seconds: the part where Martin was allegedly elbowed into Bolivia after the bell.  So while the most important questions may remain unanswered, Martin had enough wherewithal to survive and perhaps even “win” during at least a portion of their agreed round.
