LAS VEGAS, Nevada, January 26th, 2015 — On Saturday night the UFC returns with UFC 183 with what is one of the biggest fights of the year between Anderson Silva and Nick Diaz. This fight marks the return of both men to the Octagon(C), only that both men were gone for very different reasons.
Nick Diaz was gone because he didn’t feel that the company respected him enough to give him big money fights, so he held out. Anderson Silva on the other hand had a compound fracture thanks to Chris Weidman’s deadly “Knee Destroyer” technique that broke his leg in gruesome fashion last year. There are many questions about both men hanging in the air, but the legions of fans are still screaming “WAR DIAZ” and calling Anderson Silva the GOAT.
