It looks like Carlos Condit is working on his ground game. He has a fight this weekend with backpackin’, Jiu Jitsu wizard Demian Maia, so he definetly better get on that. Now, this buzzsaw of a man already has a killer guard and subs off his back, although he’ll probably try to keep it standing, but it’s not BJJ he’s been working on. Condit looks like he is channeling the world of Pro Wrestling with a big, ol’ elbow drop.
It even got the attention of skull-crushing, suplexing Josh Barnett, who is no stranger to the wrestling ring himself.
@allelbows People now stealing my open workout gimmick now eh?

This is the kind of stuff that makes you a star. Condit pulling off an elbow drop into an armbar is a dope move and something that Maia may never expect. Can you even imagine? Maia gets knocked down from a kick and goes to his back, begging Condit to get in his guard and then, bam, elbow drop, submission; Condit goes down a legend.
Check out the slick move below.
